Nicok Integrated Solutions in partnership with Unicek Hope for Africa and Nicholas & Dr Ihunia Health and Hope charity foundation, recently concluded a successful 3-day education outreach program under the Nicok Fun Challenge Education initiative that brought together students from various schools in Owerri, Imo State. The program’s focus on creativity, sustainability, and environmental consciousness which left a lasting impact on both the students and our team.

The Challenge: Creating Games from Recycled Materials
The students were tasked with creating functional chess and scrabble board games using recycled local materials found in their surroundings. This challenge encouraged creativity and innovation and taught the students the importance of reusing and recycling materials. From cardboard boxes to bottle caps, the students showcased their resourcefulness and ingenuity in transforming everyday items into engaging games.

The Outcome: Innovative Games and Environmental Awareness
The results were impressive, with each group presenting unique and functional games that demonstrated their understanding of sustainability and creativity. The program achieved its objectives of:
